Conformed,
Reformed or
Transformed?
The Scripture is clear as to who will inherit the kingdom of God and who
will not.
Jesus Christ the Son of God is described as the one
who searches hearts and minds, to repay each person according to what he
has done (Matt 16:27; Rev 22:12). His eyes are like blazing fire and he
knows our deeds (Rev 2:18-19). Will you be among those on the last day
to whom Christ says, “Well done my good and faithful servant, enter into
the joy of your master”?
Or will he say, “Depart from me you evildoer, I
never knew you” (Matt 7:23)? Many
will say on the last day, “Lord, Lord,” but are rejected because
they didn’t do the will of the Father. |

Do you
have saving faith in God the Father that you can and must live free from sin by
the power of His Holy Spirit?
Jesus left us an example to follow in His steps. Examine yourself to see if you
are in the faith. Don’t you know that Christ is in you only if you pass the
test? Jesus is savior and Lord and he will judge each person according to what
they are doing with their lives today. We can do nothing good apart from him,
for without him we have nothing but dead works and sinful, selfish desires.
Jesus called us to do the good things that God prepared in advance for us (Eph
2:10). It takes faith to believe and obey the teachings of Jesus Christ. You
cannot be
conformed
to the world. It’s not enough that you have
reformed
your outward deeds and grosser sins. You must be
transformed by the
renewing of your mind through Jesus. Repent and believe the good news that
victory over sin comes through Jesus. Find out for yourself what the Bible
says. There are many false teachers who distort God’s word. Read 1 and 2 Peter
how God commands us to be holy today, and
may God
open the eyes of your heart!
