“You might
not go to Jail, but...”

You might not go to
jail for reading, writing, buying or selling playboy magazines and the like, BUT
you might go to HELL! (Matt 18:6)

You might not go to
jail for looking at a woman and lusting after her, BUT you might go to HELL!
(Matt 15:27)

You might not go to
jail for hating your neighbor in your heart, letting the hungry go unfed,
leaving the cold and naked exposed and unclothed, ignoring the prisoners or the
needs of the sick and dying, BUT you might go to HELL!

You might not go to
jail for sitting around watching movies and sports, doing nothing, being lazy,
eating ‘til you’re overstuffed and overflowing, impulse shopping and living for
yourself and pleasure, BUT you might go to HELL! (Matt 7:13)

You might not go to jail for drinking ‘til
you’re drunk and no one wants to be around you, BUT you might go to HELL!

You might not go to
jail for being greedy, having a bad attitude or lazy on your job, BUT you might
go to HELL!

You might not go to
jail for showing up EVERY Sunday for church, wearing cologne, a suit and tie and
looking like a good person but slandering, gossiping, and being a busybody on
the side, BUT you might go to HELL!

You might not go to
jail for being totally yielded to self and Satan, BUT you might go to HELL!

You won’t go to jail
for calling Jesus Christ someone other than He is, BUT you might go to HELL!

You won’t go to jail
for not having faith in God, BUT you might go to HELL!

You won’t go to jail
for resisting or quenching the Holy Spirit of God, BUT you might go to HELL!

You certainly won’t go
to jail for ignoring the Resurrection facts and the Gospel…………get the
picture???!
The list could go on and on but the main thing is: sure,
there are laws on the books to punish some wrongdoers—but not all—so that you
could go your whole life and never even come close to breaking
even one of the government laws
and everyone may think that you’re good….BUT the Lord JESUS says: “I say unto
you that unless your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes
and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.”—Matt 5:20
God has a higher standard than the laws of the land and you
WILL go TO HELL if you don’t repent and
turn to God that your sins may be blotted out!!
He says:
“... the unrighteous
will not inherit the kingdom of
God” —1 Corinthians 6:9,10
“… it is appointed unto men, once to die but after this the
judgment…” —Hebrews 9:27
“… if it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will
become of the ungodly and the sinner?” —1 Peter 4:18
Jesus says, yes fear God—the One who after He has destroyed
the body can destroy the soul in HELL!
You see, God is the
righteous judge and demands
Holiness! The only way for us to get Holiness is to FORSAKE our sins and TURN
TO GOD then He will take away our sins because God sent His Son, Jesus, to BE
the perfect Lamb of God, to make the NECESSARY, to take
away the sins of the whole world
so that we can be
RIGHT WITH GOD
RIGHT
NOW!
SO… let's call on the Lord and trust in Christ alone to
save!!!
The book of Acts says: “repent then, and turn, to have your
sins wiped away”
And GOD COMMANDS
ALL MEN EVERYWHERE TO REPENT! (Acts 17:30, Matt 4:17)

TRUE LOVE:
Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor [hate] what is evil. Cling to what
is good.
(Rom 12:9)
ETERNAL LIFE:
"Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal
life, which the Son of Man will give you. On him God the Father has
placed his seal of approval.”
(John 6:27)
TO BE PERFECT IS TO BE A CHRISTIAN:
"Be perfect therefore, even as your Father in heaven is perfect."
(Matthew 5:48)
STOP SINNING:
"Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are
some who are ignorant of God--I say this to your shame."
(1 Corinthians 15:34)
SANCTIFICATION IN HOLINESS:
"But the path of the just is like the
shining sun, that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.
The way of the wicked is like darkness; they do not know what makes
them stumble."
(Prov 4:18-19)
NOT BY FAITH ALONE:
"You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith
alone."
(James 2:24)
ETERNAL SECURITY:
"Therefore, my
brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure.
For if you do these things, you will never fall, and you will receive a
rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ.."
(2 Peter 1:10-11)
